End-to-end production pipeline

Under the hood, the Daily Signals pipeline turns market noise into structured, channel-ready content.

01

Ingest & Analyze

The pipeline runs on a time-based schedule or event-based triggers (e.g., major price moves). It collects approved intel sources, scores them for relevance to your asset coverage, and prioritizes what matters most for your users and product universe.

02

Compile

Draft outputs are produced across all required formats. This includes newsletter HTML, social posts, blog articles, and full podcast audio. Each draft follows your brand rules, tone, and content structure.

03

Review (Human in the loop)

Drafts are sent to your chosen review channels, such as email or messaging. Reviewers can comment, approve, or request changes, and the pipeline updates the next version automatically.

04

Schedule & Distribute

Approved content is scheduled and published across all selected channels. Timing follows your chosen cadence or the event-based triggers you define.

05

Optimize

OM Digital monitors performance and provides recommendations on how to adjust editorial focus, frequency, formats, and channel mix. This gives you clear levers to improve results over time.

Deliverables

Branded Content

Branded content is produced and published on a regular cadence and through event-based triggers. Podcast shows, newsletters, social posts, and blog articles are all delivered in your brand and on your schedule.

Performance Tracking

Every distributed asset is tracked with channel-based metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, engagement levels, completion rates, and delivery logs.

Regular Reports

You receive weekly summaries and monthly reports in the formats we agree on. Reports include metrics like output volume, distribution activity, performance across all channels, etc.

Monthly Review Sessions

Monthly sessions cover performance review, editorial adjustments, timing and cadence decisions, and recommendations on channel mix and content strategy.

Process

1. Discover

We assess your current content workflow, market coverage, constraints, and goals to determine what the pipeline needs to support.

2. Questionnaire

A structured questionnaire is provided with key fields pre-filled based on the discovery process. You only complete the missing information and any clarifications required.

3. Configure

We design templates, content structures, tone rules, and workflow logic using your brand assets and style guidance.

4. Pilot

A short pilot run produces real outputs under your brand. This allows stakeholders to evaluate tone, accuracy, and suitability without requiring a large internal team.

5. Operate

The pipeline runs on a fixed cadence or according to event triggers. It produces, distributes, and tracks content while you focus on reviewing and guiding priorities.

6. Review and optimize

Regular reviews assess performance and implement adjustments to editorial focus, formats, timing, triggers, and channels.

FAQ

1. What does Daily Signals deliver?

Daily Signals produces and publishes branded market content across newsletters, social posts, blog articles, and podcast shows, all on the cadence you choose.

2. Is this a software tool or a managed service?

It is a managed service. OM Digital builds, operates, and maintains the full production pipeline for you.

3. How much input is required from our side?

Your involvement can be minimal. Some clients only join a monthly review call while the pipeline runs at about ninety-five percent automation.

4. Do we need our own writers or editors?

No. Drafts are fully produced. If you prefer human-written versions, OM Digital can arrange that.

5. How do you prevent inaccurate or hallucinated content?

The system uses a strict, battle-tested anti-hallucination workflow refined since March 2025 and relies only on your approved sources.

6. Which sources can Daily Signals use?

Any open-source feed, any paid vendor you already subscribe to, and your own proprietary research or internal notes.

7. Can the system publish automatically?

Yes. You may choose automatic publishing, draft-only delivery, or a mix. Time-based and event-based triggers are both supported.

8. Can content be customised for languages, brands, or asset-specific versions?

Yes. Multiple languages, multi-brand setups, and asset-specific versions such as NVDA or TSLA are supported.

9. How is performance tracked and reported?

All distributed content is tracked with agreed KPIs such as opens, clicks, engagement, completion, and delivery results. Weekly summaries and monthly reports are included.

10. How long does onboarding take, and when do we start receiving content?

Onboarding takes two to three weeks depending on scope. You begin receiving outputs about one week after configuration is complete.
